We look forward to your involvement in this growing conference! The Frozen Food Fiesta is a two-day event coordinated by the Texas-Mexico Frozen Food Council. The event provides members with time to network and conduct business, as well as an informative program. The conference also provides the revenue which makes possible the Council’s research grants. A recent survey Frozen Food Fiesta attendees shows the event is helping to achieve the Council’s goal of “creating common ground for the frozen food industries of the United States, Mexico and Canada.” Among those who responded, 67 percent indicated that “meeting new business contacts” was one of the most important aspects of the conference; 50 percent indicated that “networking with existing business contacts” was among the most important aspects; and 17 percent cited “showing support for the Council.” All respondents agreed with the statement, “My participation in this conference consistently delivers value to my business and my career,” and 83 percent indicated that they “strongly agree” with this statement.
