• The eagle is featured prominently on the flag of the Republic of Mexico, and the eagle is the national symbol of the United States of America.

• The logo incorporates the colors of Mexico (red, white and green), the United States (red, white and blue) and Canada (red and white).

• The star that creates the eye of the eagle represents the star on the Texas flag.

• A close look at the green and red lines in the body of the eagle reveal that the red lines form a “T,” for Texas, and the green lines form an “M,” for “Mexico.”

• The words “Quality. Understanding. Progress.” which often are included with the logo provide a clear and concise summary of the Texas-Mexico Frozen Food Council’s mission.
